The brief:
Improve the quality and consistency of the marketing materials that are being delivered to Jobsite's clients. FInd a way to standardise the content, style, and format of documents without complicating or discouraging use.
Our response:
We came up with the idea of a web-based PDF generator - a tool that allows the user to create rich, branded and consistently styled documents from modules of pre-prepared content. Administrators can set up blocks of stylish content and themes that allow a different look for each campaign. All the user has to do is drag in blocks of content that are relevant to their client.
The outcome:
Jobsite loved the idea and, since going live, the tool has become very successful. It has markedly improved the consistency across sales teams, which is backed up by a recent cross-team survey, and has won much praise for how easy the interface is to use, in addition to how impactful and beautifully designed the produced documents are.
